Born in Humble Beginnings
Mr. Gangadhar’s life story is nothing short of a true inspiration. Hailing from the remote village of Kandarpally in the Jukkal Constancy of Bichkunda Mandal, Telangana, he was born into a family of daily wage laborers. His parents, Narsimlu and Chandravva, worked tirelessly to make ends meet, instilling in their son the values of hard work and determination.
Overcoming Educational Challenges
Despite his modest beginnings, Gangadhar’s thirst for knowledge led him to government schools where he received his early education. His journey continued with an engineering degree in Computer Science from the renowned Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) in 2011. However, the challenges didn’t end with graduation.

Gangadhar faced significant hurdles in securing a job after graduation due to language barriers and a lack of soft skills. Instead of succumbing to despair, he charted a unique path to success. He embarked on a career as a primary school teacher, using this opportunity to improve his English language skills and develop the much-needed soft skills that would eventually define his career.
As his teaching journey continued, he progressed to a role as a junior lecturer in a private college, further honing his skills as a communicator and trainer. Gangadhar’s commitment to personal growth was unwavering, leading him to transition into a soft skills trainer.
Certified Trainer and Change-Maker
Equipped with his newfound expertise, Gangadhar earned prestigious certifications from the Indian Leadership Academy in Bangalore. These certifications included International Certification in Corporate Training, Train the Trainer, and Soft Skills Training Certification.
Gangadhar’s career as a trainer took him to various organizations across India, including Edutech companies, manufacturing industries, and BPO firms. His impact reached far and wide, touching the lives of over 18,000 students, more than 1,000 teachers and faculty members, and over 2,000 corporate employees.
